    About Us

Liverpool Citizens Advice Partnership was set up as Liverpool Specialist Advice Services on November 1998 to manage and coordinate a city wide Legal Aid contract for specialist advice services, delivered through individual Citizens Advice Bureaux in Liverpool.

With the end of legal aid contracting and after a process of consultation, LCAP re-established its strategic vision, mission and values and now operates as a consortia on behalf of its primary partners, Citizens Advice Bureaux in Liverpool.

LCAP does not itself deliver advice services direct to the public, but manages projects and funding on behalf of both Liverpool Bureaux and partner agencies.
