The Croxteth & Gillmoss Community Federation was established 31 years ago as an umbrella organisation for local community organisations within the Croxteth area of Liverpool.  In recent years the main focus has been on the development of Croxteth Advice Centre and providing a number of social inclusion projects working with local service providers

The Citizens Advice service gives free, impartial, confidential advice to help people to solve their legal, financial, benefit, employment, housing, consumer and other problems.  We also use the information from the problems we help with, to make changes to what makes the problem in the first place.

Citizens Advice Sefton covers the whole of Sefton. We provide drop-in advice in Bootle, Formby and Southport, and an outreach in Maghull Town Hall.  Advice outreach services are also available in many GP's surgeries, health centres and mental health wards.

RAISE is an independent charity which gives free, confidential, high quality advice and training around welfare benefits, debt, and money guidance issues.
All our advice is given by home visits throughout Merseyside and Runcorn.
We will visit anyone who is a tenant of our Housing Association funders.  We also do a limited number of visits to other Liverpool residents.

The Law Centres Network strives for a just and equal society where everyone’s rights are valued and protected.  We do this by supporting a national network of Law Centres that work with some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society.

We also support and develop special projects. Currently, these include legal services for young people, promoting equality and human rights and tackling discrimination.
